1. BASIC QUINOA RECIPE
This
recipe is to enjoy quinoa like rice, ideal to accompany meat or fish.
Makes 4 to 5 servings
1 Cup of Q’REAL
1 1/2 Tee spoon of oregano
1 Chicken soup savory
Salty at your preferrence
Other flavor herbs at taste preferences
Add boiling water to a pot, to a half level. Add a cup of Q’REAL
and boil for a period of 5 to 7 minutes. Then percolate the quinoa
and discard boiling water.
In a second pot, add one cup of boiling water and then add the percolated
quinoa plus oregano, chicken soup savory and salt. Here you can add
other flavor herbs at your taste. After two to three minutes of boiling,
set heat to minimum and wait until all water evaporates.
